Aussie purchases are $18 plus $3 postage and packing.
Postage: The book is posted from Australia, which is a long way from most places. Postage is by AIRMAIL but please allow 7 - 10 days from payment. I will be as quick as possible and post on day of receipt of payment but our Post Office does not open Saturdays.
Because the book is just under 250 grams and our letter post is 0-250 grams and 251- 500 grams only, all books sent separately. Due to rounding of currency conversion, orders for 2 books make a small saving but three books is worked out at 2 plus 1, etc. Parcels are hugely dearer, oddly! Rest assured postage charged is at a minimum.
Volume 4 will be posted around 20 February but you can pre-order/pay if you wish. There are only 100 books being printed, so first in, best dressed.
I cannot foresee a reprint, as I need to be thinking about getting a life.
