To Justin (Ripper) Unell It's only just been brought to my attention that you wanted to contact anyone from Powerhouse. As you posted the message on December 2008, it's possible you may have changed your e-mail address but both myself and vocalist, Tiddy Gibbs have e-mailed you. So sorry it's taken so long to respod but we're REALLY EAGER to hear about your Dad, Jack. He was a great guy and we were all gutted when he said he couldn't turn professional with us. I'm particularly sad to hear of his passing.
John Firth, drums.

Hi

Does anyone have any information about the band, The King Pins who did a single for the Star Club label in Germany and played at the club in 1966-1967. I think they relocated to Stoke on Trent later. The picture sleeve shows a five-man band and it's called "Gotta Get A Good Thing Going" c/w "Willow Tree".

I think Colin Turner was the bass player

Gutted at the news that all the tickets have been sold before I even knew that a ticket would be needed. 400 tickets ? there weren't 400 oeople at the " The Old Boars Head " ever. I've been attending for the last five years and now it's over.
