Gutted at the news that all the tickets have been sold before I even knew that a ticket would be needed. 400 tickets ? there weren't 400 oeople at the " The Old Boars Head " ever. I've been attending for the last five years and now it's over.

Received some very sad news this morning - Wed 31 Dec 08 - that Deke Bonner (Colin Smithies), formerly of the Tremors and The Rainmakers among others, passed away, aged 69, in hospital in Blackpool where he has lived for some years. He had been ill for some considerable time.

Hi - I'm a megafan... early '30s located in LA. Man, I wished I got to see some of these bands live.

I'm looking (desperately) for The Factotums' "Mr. and Mrs. Regards" (written by Gilbert O'Sullivan" b/w "Driftwood" single. Those two tracks are my favorites of all time, but I never owned the 45 - only heard it from a friend. If anyone knows where I can pick up this rare 45 (or knows where the CBS master tapes are kept) please let me know - THANK YOU GANG!

Was the old Denmark Hotel on Denmark Street a venue? Certainly George Melly mentions it in his autobiography.

Just wanted to say what a great site this is. My dad is Martin Tetlow formerly of Studio One Band and Money and various others....

He often regales us with stories of the stuff he used to get up to in his years in these various bands...mostly when me and my sisters have plied him with copious amounts of alcochol!

I love the old pics of him when he was a teenager !!!!

Keep up the good work.
