Jay-Pees (Cheetham Hill)

We played around Manchester in the early seventies , we were called the Jay-Pees from Cheetham Hill. We gigged up and down the country playing the clubs. Eventually got a recording contract and changed the name to TAXI - recorded five LP's and toured with Smokie, the Rubettes, Showwaddywaddy, Bonnie Tyler, Slade, the Beverly Brothers, did one gig with Mud and so on.
