VICTOR BROX BLUES  BAND.  , CAN YOU BELIEVE I Was THere  MANAGER FOR A SPELL, MOST THINGs  I REMEMBER WAS RidEING WITH THEM IN THE BACK OF A Very OLD DILAPIDATED CLOSED . TRANSIT VAN TYPE. YOU KNOW THE. SMELLY SWEAT FEET RIDES . VICTOR AND I REALLY HIT IT OFF FROM THE START OF THERE SHOWS AT MY ROCHDALE MANCHESTER CUBIKLUB ..    WHAT MORE  CAN I SAY ,VICTOR WAS EXTREMELY VERSATILE ON  WIND  INSTRUMENTS TO KEY BOARD ON THE HAMMOND ORGAN , HIS  GREEN ONIONS  OF COURSE  WAS ONE OF MY FAVOURITES, BIT JAZZY, BUT REEKED  OF THE BLUES . I SORT OF TRIED TO PLAY BONGOS WITH THEM ON S FEW OCCASIONS. IN TNOSE 1963  days it was not that easy to get bluesy bands bookings, but I did my best, then my agency partner.  JIMMY POWELL  FILLED THERE VACANT DATES. , wish they were around me now, miss the jamming n livening in the park  , memory's catacombs cavern Kelly .
