I have an album that my Nanna kept( Harrys mum) that has probably every newspaper clipping that mentioned the group and a few more photos. It would be great to share. Dis you ever see the band?
Hi Phil, Harry on leaving school was employed at Nephew & Parks in Stockport steel fabrication. He was one of four children (second eldest) of Henry(Harry) and Mary Morris (nee Bancroft) both of Stockport. I believe Harry and A N Other played around different venues in the area as a duo. But later in life suffered illness and passed away a number of years ago. He was always a nice person to know.
Hello Derek I am Susan his daughter, thank youfor your kind words about my dad. Yes he was the nicest person you could ever know and I miss him terribly.
HI, from all the info above it does not sound like the Harry I knew around 1967-1968 when he came to our house in Prestwich. I think he may have been Irish and had a bone missing in his nose, so he could press it down and it went flat and always wore a brown leather jacket... Does any of this ring a bell?
Hi Susan I am looking for info on KIrk Daniels and the Deltas. I understand your father started the band in 1960 when he was 17 maybe? Your father's real name was Henry Morris Jnr. and I read he was born in Stockport, Cheshire? Any extra info would be great, thanks. John North West London.
He was Harry Morris not Henry. His dad was Henry. Not sure when it all started but he was in a band before Kirk Daniel’s and the Deltas called Russ Allen Combo and played with Graham Nash. I have an old photo of that somewhere. There was also another band name they went under called Fred and the Flintstones.

I am trying to find out the background of the singer, who may be related to me.
Do you have anywhere I can post a request or find more photos of the group?
Cheers,
