Me and The Others (New Zealand)

We were a band from New Zealand who arrived in the UK April 1966.

We played at Mr Smiths on two occasions, in October of that year. We were managed by Jack Fallon of Cana Variety Agency and toured the whole of the UK and later on did a month at the The PN Hit houe in Munchen Germany. Our bass player Gary Thain later joined Uriah Heep.

The record we made in London at Regent Sound in November 1966 was never released and is finally to be released at the end of this month July 2009 on Vynil in Europe, The UK and USA. Title song is Love is Not a Game.

I joined the Manchester group Art Nouveau on my return from Germany May 1967.
