Flamingo Club (Preston)

The Flamingo Club was in Great Shaw Street, Preston, Lancashire.

It was opened by Joe Lancaster (b. Joseph Lancaster). On Thursday, November 5, 1964 The Flamingo Club Casino Room opened.

It was later known as Samantha's Nightclub and latterly as The Cherry Tree and is now called The Foresters Hall and is for student accommodation.

It was the Foresters' Hall to begin with. It was originally built as the Court (Lodge) of the Ancient Order of Foresters in 1878.
